This is not necessarily a weight loss program. It is a “reset” in a way. Most people will lose fat, but this is not the focus. The focus is instead on filling all the deficiencies you have accumulated from following a “Standard American/Australian Diet”

You need the right amount of electrolytes.

You need the right vitamins and minerals for immune support, antioxidants, bone health and metabolism support.
