A specialized 12 week, 5-Day workout program that builds your strength from the ground up in compact, but dense periods of work. No need to spend hours in the gym each day to get incredibly strong. You will be progressing week to week using a variety of compound movements, as well as isolation movements that will complement your progression in strength. Expect to see an increase of up to 20kg or more in your 1 RM's after this 12 week block. You will also spend time working on your range to help you access stronger positions in your squat, deadlift, bench and overhead press.
